Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data KONDURU TANUJA ALEKHYA (trading as Srikuru Publications) (“we”) collects through Srikuru Publications, why, and what choices you have. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, and your name if you add one or sign in with Google.
• Purchase data: which issues you bought, amounts, coupon used, order and payment reference numbers, and dates.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form or by email.
• Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the site secure.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Those are entered directly with our payment processor.

2. Why we use it

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To process payments, deliver your purchases and keep your library.
• To send purchase confirmations and essential service messages.
• To answer your questions, prevent fraud and misuse, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to them.

3. Who processes it for us

• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Supabase — database, sign-in and secure file storage.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Resend — sending emails.
• Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google”.

These providers may process data on servers outside India. They act on our instructions and under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your account; we may retain records we are legally required to keep.

6. Your rights

7. Security

Purchased files are stored privately and released only through short-lived download links to the person who bought them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Children

Our service is meant for adults preparing for competitive exams. If you are under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's consent.
