Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the Srikuru Publications website and the digital publications sold on it. By creating an account or buying an issue you agree to them. Srikuru Publications is operated by KONDURU TANUJA ALEKHYA (trading as Srikuru Publications) (“we”, “us”).

1. What we sell

We publish study material for civil services preparation, such as NITISARA, Daily PIB and Weekly Digest, as downloadable PDF files. Print and Kindle editions, where offered, are sold by third-party platforms under their own terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and do not share your account with others.

3. Prices and payment

4. Licence to use purchased issues

When you buy an issue we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own study. You may not copy, resell, share, upload, publish or distribute the files, or remove watermarks or notices. Sharing purchased PDFs (including in coaching groups, Telegram or WhatsApp channels) is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend accounts that do so. Institutions that want to use our material should contact us for a licence.

5. Content and accuracy

Our publications are compiled from public sources, including official Press Information Bureau releases, and edited by our team. We work to be accurate but do not guarantee that content is complete, current or error-free, and it is not official government material. We are not affiliated with the UPSC or any government body. Using our material does not guarantee any exam result.

6. Intellectual property

The editorial work, design, logos and the Srikuru and NITISARA names belong to us. Underlying public information remains the property of its original source.

7. Refunds

Because issues are delivered digitally, refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site running at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may update, withdraw or correct publications and features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that issue, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer-protection law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
